Athletic psychology

Athletic psychology is a course where you learn how to control yourself in stressed situations. For example, if you are going to take a free kick when you play football you have to learn how to find the good energy and close out anything else. If you focus on the negative things around you it could be burden for you and you may not perform as well as you like. It is important to learn how to handle stressful situations in your everyday life.

  1. Although this seems to be really important for our everyday life, this lesson is not really common here in Greece.I believe that you are very lucky having such a great educational system. We would really like to visit a school like your's in Sweden!
